Oakland, Calif. — Metro Services Group, a national provider of janitorial and engineering services with a concentrated presence in California and the Pacific Northwest, has named Jacqueline Korajkic as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027. She succeeds founder and CEO Michael Oddo, who will remain chairman of the board of the company he founded over 30 years ago. President Derek Schulze will continue in his role, working alongside Korajkic.
“Jacqueline has been central to Metro’s development for nearly a decade, and she has earned this opportunity through the breadth of her accomplishments,” says Oddo. “She understands the financial side of the business, but just as importantly, she understands our operations, our people and our clients. She is involved in virtually every aspect of growing the company.”
Korajkic joined Metro in 2018 as an accountant and rose through the organization to chief financial officer. As CEO, Korajkic will lead Metro’s growth across its janitorial and engineering business lines.
