Houston — Transwestern represented MOD Pizza in 11 new leases in Houston, bringing the retailer to 15 open and planned Houston locations. “Our Transwestern restaurant group is extremely in tune with restaurant concepts on both a national and local scale, and MOD Pizza is by far the best concept in the fast casual pizza segment,” says Grant Walker, senior vice president of Transwestern. “The product, build-out finishes and service is top-notch, and the culture MOD has created is unparalleled to any of its competitors. We are very happy for its success and are honored to call them our clients.”
