Open-Air Owners Choose Jones Lang LaSalle to Lease and Manage Centers

Atlanta — Rally Capital Services, LLC, and Pacific Avenue, LLC, have chosen Jones Lang LaSalle to lease and manage Kendall Marketplace in Illinois and EpiCentre in North Carolina, respectively.

 

Atlanta — Rally Capital Services, LLC, and Pacific Avenue, LLC, have chosen Jones Lang LaSalle to lease and manage their open-air centers. 

Jones Lang LaSalle Retail has been selected for the following assignments:

• Kendall Marketplace: Rally Capital Services’ 750,000-square-foot regional power center in Yorkville, Ill., anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, SuperTarget and The Home Depot.

• EpiCentre: Pacific Avenue’s 350,000-square-foot open-air center (pictured here) in Charlotte, N.C., whose tenants include EpiCentre Theaters, Flemings, Strike City Bowling, Cold Stone Creamery, Jason’s Deli, CVS Pharmacy and Bruegger’s Bagels.
