Pacific Commons in California Now Offering ‘Retail-to-Go’

by Katie Lee

Fremont, Calif. — In observance of Governor Newsom’s new directive, Pacific Commons, a regional lifestyle center in Fremont, Calif., is now offering retail-to-go services with curbside pickup options available to shoppers. While the center itself is open, individual retailers will each determine when they will begin offering sales and curbside services, and their hours will vary.

Shoppers taking advantage of retail-to-go services are asked to make their purchases from each retailer or restaurant online or over the phone; payment must be made electronically. When shoppers arrive at Pacific Commons, they will call or text the retailer or restaurant, and their purchase will be delivered to their vehicle in one of the center’s clearly marked pickup areas. Retail associates will follow guidelines recommended by local healthcare officials when interacting with the public. A brand-new Pacific Commons Mexican restaurant, Mas Fuego, is offering two unique takeout specials designed especially for curbside pickup customers. The first is the restaurant’s “Safe Healthy Vacuum-Sealed Dinners for 4,” giving diners a choice between several entrees and side dishes. The second is its “Mas Fuego Read-to-Drink Cocktails,” offering signature drinks in ready-to-serve sealed pouches for easy transport.
