PGA TOUR Superstore Continues Nationwide Expansion

Atlanta — PGA TOUR Superstore, the country’s leading golf retailer, will open at least six new stores in 2019 as it accelerates its growth strategy to expand its brick-and-mortar presence by more than 50% over the next 3 years. The company currently operates 35 stores in 15 states. PGA TOUR Superstore also posted an overall sales growth of 14% in 2018, fueled by strong comp store sales and double-digit e-commerce growth.

“We have tripled our store count across the United States over the last several years and will continue to be opportunistic and aggressively invest in our brick-and-mortar business,” says Dick Sullivan, president and CEO, PGA TOUR Superstore. “Our innovative experiential retail model and our focus on integrating and investing in our e-commerce business for a solid omni-channel presence is resonating with our customers.”

PGA TOUR Superstore will open at least six new brick-and-mortar stores in 2019. Specifically, stores will open in the Boston area in Peabody and Braintree, Mass., on February 2, 2019 and late spring, respectively. In Florida, stores will open in North Miami this spring and Sarasota this summer. In Texas, PGA TOUR Superstore plans its first store in Austin, opening late spring. The retailer’s second store in Denver will also open in late spring.
