Rich Arlington is founder and president of Rich Arlington & Associates, a consulting firm that educates and trains contractors, property management firms such as CBRE, facility owners, universities and others in the exterior maintenance field. As consultant and business manager of Affiliated Grounds Maintenance Group, Inc., based in Lake City, Pa., Arlington has also assisted in the company’s growth from double digits to more than 5,000 affiliate partners providing lawn, landscape, power-washing, sweeping and snow management services in more than 39 states.
Arlington is a past board member of the national Snow and Ice Management Association and was instrumental in starting the association’s mentor program to assist new members and early-staged snow contractor companies achieve success.
