Mahwah, N.J. and New York City — ascena retail group, inc. and ANN INC. have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which ascena will acquire ANN INC.
Philadelphia — Ed Krell has stepped down as CEO of Destination Maternity. Taking his place will be Anthony M. Romano, former president and CEO of Charming Shoppes.
