New York City — Authentic Brands Group (ABG), owner of a global portfolio of lifestyle and entertainment brands, will expand Juicy Couture in partnership with Shinsegae International, the leading Korean based lifestyle company specializing in retail development and brand building. Shinsegae International will expand Juicy Couture’s footprint throughout South Korea with the launch of 10 shop-in-shop locations in major department stores throughout the region by 2020. It is expected that there will be 50 additional shop-in-shops by the end of 2024. The first location will debut in August 2019.

Dallas — Pie Five Pizza Co. will soon be expanding beyond the U.S. In a new master development partnership with Ali Shahid Butt and his partners at AR Pizza, LLC, Pie Five will open its first international location in Pakistan in 2018, with up to 40 more locations over the next 7 years.
Columbus, Ohio — DSW Inc., a leading branded footwear and accessories retailer, is opening its first warehouse in the Middle Eastern country of Oman. Located at the Muscat Grand Mall, the new store marks the first expansion of DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse outside North America.
Hollywood, Calif. — Wahlburgers, the better burger restaurant brand founded by Chef Paul Wahlberg and celebrity brothers Mark and Donnie, will expand to Asia in 2017 through a joint venture with Cachet Hospitality Group (CHG). The first three restaurants are slated to open in Hangzhou, Wuhan and Shanghai, China. The objective is to open 100 restaurants in China and the surrounding region over the next 5 years.
