Dallas — RAVE Restaurant Group’s board of directors has named former Smashburger CEO Scott Crane as its new chief executive officer, effective January 9, 2017. Crane succeeds Interim CEO Clinton J. Coleman, who will remain in his role as a member of the board, where he has served since 2007.

In this role, Heinen will be tasked with maintaining a robust development pipeline for both Pie Five and Pizza Inn as the brands look to expand in new and existing markets across the country.
Dallas — RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. has appointed Clinton Coleman, a current member of the company’s board of directors, as interim chief executive officer. The board has retained the executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles to conduct a search for a permanent CEO. Coleman is succeeding Randy Gier through a mutual agreement between all parties.
