(PAR), a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation, to support its food safety program at all of its Lunds & Byerlys grocery stores. Lunds & Byerlys, a Minnesota-based, family-owned company, will deploy PAR’s SureCheck Advantage, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for food safety and checklist management across its 28 locations.
