San Jose, Calif. — Togo’s Eateries, LLC has promoted two senior vice presidents to c-level positions. Susan Koch, former senior vice president of finance, has been named chief financial officer, and Todd Peterson, former senior vice president of franchise development, has been named chief development officer. Koch and Peterson will continue to play instrumental roles in the revitalization and expansion of Togo’s.

Koch is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and seasoned professional with an outstanding track record managing finances for national brands. In January 1997, she became regional finance manager at Allied Domecq Retailing USA, which purchased Togo’s that year. Koch was promoted to vice president of finance at Togo’s in January 2011.
A leader in franchise sales and development, Peterson has managed national and international expansion for top restaurant brands. Since July 2009, he has led Togo’s network of franchise operations, spearheading corporate development and brand-refresh initiatives that have been vital to Togo’s growth.
