East Rutherford, N.J. — Hudson Group, a leader in North American travel retail, has won new business at Indianapolis International Airport (IND), bringing national brands and unique retail concepts to the Hoosier state. Philadelphia — With successful 2018 openings in four states, Saladworks, the healthy, fast-casual franchise, will continue to expand its national footprint to new and existing states in 2019. With 10 new stores committed to by new and existing franchisees in 2018, the expanding brand is on target to open 17 locations in 2019. Columbus, Ohio — David Kornberg, chief executive officer of Express, Inc., a leading fashion apparel retailer, has departed. Effective January 22, 2019, Kornberg vacated his positions as CEO, president and a member of the board of directors. Kornberg will remain employed by the company through February 21, 2019. The board of directors has appointed Matthew Moellering as interim CEO and interim president until a permanent CEO and president is appointed.

Chicago — On January 2, 2019, Cushman & Wakefield completed its acquisition of Quality Solutions, Inc. (QSI). This acquisition will expand Cushman & Wakefield’s facilities management capabilities and coverage across North American markets by leveraging QSI’s strong supply chain of 50,000+ qualified suppliers and 75+ facilities trades. Cushman & Wakefield’s intention to acquire QSI was previously announced in November 2018.
