Charlotte, N.C. — Bojangles’, Inc. has signed three new multi-unit development agreements that will grow the Bojangles’ brand across the Florida panhandle and down Florida’s east coast through the Daytona Beach area. Daytona Beach is a new market for the brand.
Oceanside, Calif. — Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS), the largest provider of technology-enabled, integrated interior and exterior property services to retailers, grocers and multi-site customers in North America, has purchased Varsity Facility Services, a leading facility services provider in the U.S. and Canada. Varsity will join KBS as an operating division and will continue to utilize the Varsity brand.
Dallas — Dallas-based sporting goods company Warstic has acquired a building on Main Street in Dallas and plans to open a hand turned wood baseball bat manufacturing facility, flagship retail location and headquarters in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood. Scheduled to open in early 2018, the location will serve as the brand’s first brick-and-mortar retail location for the fast-growing company, co-owned by Third Man Records’ Jack White, Detroit Tigers’ Ian Kinsler and OneFastBuffalo’s Ben Jenkins.

The goal of the expansion is to continue to seamlessly provide commercial property owners across the continent with advanced paving solutions.
Seattle — Sur La Table, a leading retail destination since 1972 for those passionate about cooking and entertaining, has appointed Billy May as chief executive officer. May, a fourth-generation retailer, will also join the board of directors. He succeeds Diane Neal who retired earlier this year.
