The new restaurant, which is owned by Back Yard Burgers’ largest franchise partner, Ridgeland, Miss.-based Resolute Brands LLC, is the first to feature the new Back Yard Burgers logo, exterior and interior signage, interior color scheme and décor, open kitchen design, furnishings, outdoor patio and more.

Brentwood, Tenn. — Within the next 36 months, R-22 refrigerant will no longer be available to use on your air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; production will come to a complete halt. Equipment owners who still have R-22 equipment will no longer have access to this essential fluid to keep their clients, tenants, materials, or food cold and safe.

Dallas — Pie Five Pizza Co. will enter Knoxville, Tenn., with the opening of its newest restaurant on October 21, 2016. Located at 9313 Kingston Pike, the opening marks the first Pie Five location in Knoxville and the eighth opened by veteran Applebee’s franchisees Fred Gustin and Kurt Guttshall.

Warrendale, Pa. — rue21, inc., a leading specialty apparel retailer, has appointed CFO Keith McDonough as interim chief executive officer, succeeding Bob Fisch. McDonough will serve in this interim role as the board of directors conducts a search for a new CEO. McDonough, who has served as the CFO of rue21 for 13 years, has more than three decades of senior leadership experience in the retail industry.
