New Hartford, N.Y. — Lund Food Holdings, Inc. has selected ParTech, Inc. (PAR), a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation, to support its food safety program at all of its Lunds & Byerlys grocery stores. Lunds & Byerlys, a Minnesota-based, family-owned company, will deploy PAR’s SureCheck Advantage, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for food safety and checklist management across its 28 locations.

Indianapolis — Sam Sato will succeed Glenn Lyon as chief executive officer of The Finish Line, Inc., effective February 28, 2016. Lyon, who currently serves as CEO and chairman of the board, will serve as executive chairman of the board through the end of calendar year 2016. At the beginning of 2017, Lyon will transition to the role of non-executive chairman of the board.

Georgetown, Texas — Gordon Edward Logan has been named vice president of operations for Sport Clips Haircuts. Prior to joining the company’s executive leadership, Logan served as senior director of operations for Sport Clips under Connie Boltinghouse, who previously served as vice president of operations and is retiring after a long and successful career in the franchise industry, having held positions with The Barbers, as well as Regis Corporation, prior to working at Sport Clips.
