Derby, U.K. — Davidson Richards has launched OpSuite, a cloud-based retail management solution. The software allows franchisors to access franchise-wide operational data. The software transmits operational data from each franchise to a central database, which gives franchisors a more accurate picture of stock and sales data across their franchises.

OpSuite also contains solutions for franchisees. The software allows easy access to each franchise’s stock and sales data along with the freedom to set prices and run promotions unique to their site. OpSuite also has an easy-to-use point-of-sale system.

“The solution is absolutely ideal for franchises where the franchisor needs visibility across all operations in real time and the franchisees need to only access their own data,” said Davidson Richards CEO Richard Goodley, in a statement. “When consumers are demanding that all retailers — including franchises — offer a great experience on every channel from mobile to social and online to in-store, the fact that OpSuite can also fuse data taken from these channels into the system is very important.”
