DWM Expands Support With New Positions & Promotions

Latham, N.Y. — DWM has added service enhancements to better support maturing accounts. These updates include the creation of a new associate account manager position as well as the shift and promotion of key customer service individuals.

“DWM strives to create cost-effective facility solutions for each client,” says Katie Whitt, vice president of strategic accounts at DWM. “Our leadership team decided the addition of the new associate account management role would be the best way to continue providing top-notch service to our growing client base.”

Amy Mason, a team lead for DWM’s facilities maintenance division since 2015, will assume the role of associate account manager.

“Mason has continued to prove herself as an integral part of DWM’s facilities maintenance division through her dedication to partnering with maturing clients as the new accounts team lead,” says Brian Whitt, COO at DWM.

James Powell, a veteran team lead for DWM’s largest retail account, will move into Mason’s previous role: new accounts team lead. Shauna Raymond has been promoted to team lead and will head the Barnes & Noble service group.

“Since joining the company in 2015, Powell has helped ensure cost containment and efficient time to completions for facilities maintenance services for the company’s largest retail client,” says Katie Whitt. “We are excited for him to translate these successes and best practices to service our maturing accounts. Raymond, a customer service coordinator since 2016, has exemplified a commitment to success as a member of Powell’s team. Her efforts and proven service outcomes made her the natural choice to move into Powell’s previous role to ensure a seamless transition and continued success for our client.”
