Latham, N.Y. — DWM’s corporate restructuring paves the way for an increased focus on core client initiatives and long term growth and development.

Latham, N.Y. — Brian Whitt has been promoted to chief operating officer of DWM Facilities Maintenance. His previous position was vice president of operations. Whitt will report to David Meeks, president and CEO.

“It is my distinct pleasure to name Mr. Whitt as chief operating officer of DWM,” says Meeks. “In his previous roles at DWM, Mr. Whitt exhibited exemplary operational leadership, helping the company realize 25% revenue growth in the last year. His proven results made him the natural choice for the COO position.”

As vice president of operations, Whitt designed customer and vendor interfaces to automate workflow and improve efficiency of the organization. In addition, he spearheaded the company’s 2011 award-winning rebranding efforts. With a dedication to continuous improvement and process enhancement, Whitt’s efforts have resulted in a 20% increase in the company’s workforce since 2013 and service that is provided 14% faster than DWM’s competitors.

“DWM has entered its next stage of development. I am excited to be part of the executive leadership that is now able to focus on growth — in jobs and overall size of the organization,” says Whitt.
