Philadelphia — Specialty value retailer Five Below will open seven new stores in the Atlanta market on June 1, 2012. Currently there are more than 200 Five Below locations nationwide.
“The opening of these seven Atlanta-area stores represents our second major market expansion this year,” says Tom Vellios, co-founder and CEO of Five Below. “In April, we opened four stores in St. Louis, and we opened our 200th location just a few weeks ago. With these new stores we are expanding the geographic reach of our retail model to bring great value to more consumers across the U.S.”
The new stores are located in: Marketplace at Millcreek, Buford, Ga.; Cumming Town Center, Cumming, Ga.; Camp Creek Marketplace, East Point, Ga.; Hiram Pavilion, Hiram, Ga.; Johns Creek Village, Johns Creek, Ga.; Town Center Commons, Kennesaw, Ga.; and Perimeter Pointe, Atlanta.
