The first location, the former Toys”R”Us/Babies”R”Us in the Akers Mill Shopping Center in Atlanta, is 58,907 square feet. The second location is in the North Point Market Center in Alpharetta. This location spans 50,275 square feet.

Los Angeles — Kitchen United, the virtual restaurant center for innovative brands building off-premise through pickup and delivery, has signed lease agreements for kitchen centers in Columbus, Ohio, and Atlanta. Both locations are expected to open spring 2019 and are part of the company’s significant national expansion plan aimed to support the dramatic, consumer driven shift toward off-premise food consumption.

Oak Brook, Ill. — Let’s Pave, a national provider of specialized paving services and solutions, is opening an office in Duluth, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta. Mike Zator, vice president and partner, will be based in and oversee operations of the new Atlanta office, which will open in December and serve clients in Atlanta as well as markets throughout the Southeast.

Atlanta — Mamoun’s Falafel, the fastest growing Middle Eastern fast-casual restaurant in North America and oldest falafel restaurant in New York City, has secured a lease for its first of six locations across the Atlanta area. The first restaurant will be located in the West Midtown Center development, located between 17th Street and Northside Drive, and will open in 2019.

Atlanta — According to its new CEO, Mike Rotondo, Edible Arrangements® plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to Atlanta. Edible will maintain a small office in Wallingford, Conn., with approximately 20 people. Rotondo was named CEO of Edible just last month; previously, he was CEO of Atlanta-based Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
