Boca Raton, Fla. — Polaroid Fotobar is reinventing how consumers interact with our digital photos. The fun, new experiential retail concept is opening three locations in the Los Angeles area, with the first debuting on November 18 at Westfield Culver City.

The new store is located in Center Court near Pinkberry and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Two more Los Angeles area stores will open in early December in Canoga Park (Westfield Topanga) and Arcadia (Westfield Santa Anita).

The innovative 300-square-foot micro-stores are instantly recognizable by their cube shape and iconic Polaroid Color Spectrum logo. Customers can transform their pictures instantly at the Fotobar — using their smartphone, Facebook or Instagram.

“Over 1 billion pictures are taken every day, and Polaroid Fotobar is a fun, easy way to take them from your Facebook timeline to your wall at home,” says Warren Struhl, the company’s founder and chief executive officer. “Polaroid Fotobar is all about recapturing the magic and instant gratification of creating cherished pieces of art with your pictures.”

Founded in 2012, Polaroid Fotobar is expanding its micro-store retail concept with four additional California locations opening during the holiday season in Westfield malls in San Jose, San Francisco and Sacramento. These will join traditional stores currently operating in South Florida and Las Vegas. For more information, visit Polaroid.com.
