Washington, D.C. — In July, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) recognized Better Buildings Challenge partner Life Time, Inc. for energy efficiency advances made throughout its portfolio of athletic country clubs. Mobile, Ala. — On August 31, 2016, The Wendy’s Company and its franchisee, the Wendco Group, will receive national recognition from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) with a visit and tour of the newly rebuilt Wendy’s restaurant in Mobile, Ala., to showcase the company’s innovations in reducing energy use.
