Canton, Mass. — Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, has signed a multi-unit agreement to develop 10 new locations across Upstate New York, including in Syracuse and the Southern Tier, in addition to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pa. With a portfolio of 40 Dunkin’ restaurants and one multi-brand location, the deal was signed with franchisees Bapa Chambers Rd Ice Cream, LLC. Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ continues to focus on growth and development efforts outside of the Northeast, recently signing six development agreements for nearly 20 new units in Colorado. Over the next few years, 15 Dunkin’ restaurants will be developed throughout the state, along with three multi-brand Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins locations and one standalone Baskin-Robbins location.

Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a multi-unit store development agreement with existing franchisees Lagunita Franchise Operations, LLC (LFO). Over the next several years, the franchisee group is planning to open seven new restaurants throughout Montgomery, Ala. The first two locations are scheduled to open in 2019.
