Eric Persson, an experienced, multi-brand restaurant operator and owner, will be bringing Potbelly to the area. Las Vegas Boulevard, the store is half the size of a typical DSW but delivers the experience and spectacle Vegas crowds expect. It builds on the company’s recent moves to innovate with nail bars, repair services, custom performance inserts and a new store design, based on its Polaris lab store near Columbus, Ohio.
Las Vegas — DC Building Group, a Las Vegas-based general contractor, has recently completed a new Taco Bell on E. Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas, marking the first Taco Bell in downtown Las Vegas. The project was designed by Architect Gary Guy Wilson.

Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ Donuts has opened a new location inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas in partnership with leading travel industry retailer Hudson Group. This new restaurant marks the first-ever Dunkin’ Donuts to be opened in a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Denver — Smashburger, the rapidly expanding better burger restaurant, plans to add additional casino locations across the country. The following restaurants are scheduled to open in spring and fall 2016, bringing the brand’s casino-based location count to four restaurants.
Las Vegas — IKEA has officially broken ground for its future Las Vegas store. When it opens in summer 2016, the new Las Vegas store will be the first IKEA in Nevada. Currently, the nearest IKEA stores are in Covina, Calif.; Tempe, Ariz.; and Draper, Utah.
