Restaurant Technologies Partners With Weis Markets, Fry’s Food Stores and Price Chopper
Minneapolis — Restaurant Technologies has partnered with three grocery brands: Weis Markets, Fry’s Food Stores and Price Chopper. Over the next few months, each banner is on track to use the Total Oil Management system, a technology that automates the entire life cycle of fryer oil. Restaurant Technologies has seen double-digit growth in the industry; in 2016 the system was installed in approximately 2,000 grocery locations, with another 350 completed in 2017 so far.
Minneapolis — Restaurant Technologies, an award-winning provider of oil management to foodservice operators, has appointed two new executive leaders: Amy O’Neil, vice president of operations; and Lori Wall, vice president of human resources. The company also has promoted Bruce Atkinson, vice president of information technology.

With fried foods comprising more than 44% of the Denny’s menu, the total oil management technology enables this popular dining spot to maintain the food quality and experience that diners expect.
Minneapolis — Restaurant Technologies has partnered with Twisted Root Burger Co., the Dallas-based, award-winning restaurant brand. With 11 new total oil management solution installations from Restaurant Technologies, the burger joint reports several successes to its back-of-house operations.
