Sheetz to Open Up to 30 New Locations in Western Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh — CBRE has been engaged to assist with site selection for Sheetz Inc.’s expansion in Western Pennsylvania by RBG Development, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based commercial real estate acquisition development firm and exclusive developer for Sheetz, Inc. in the region. Sheetz is one of America’s fastest-growing, family-owned and operated convenience store chains. New Sheetz Operations Support Center Opens

Philadelphia — On April 19, 2018, convenience store giant Sheetz, Inc. opened its new operations support center in Claysburg, Pa. Designed by CDI Studio One, the architecture division of L.R. Kimball – a CDI Company, the project includes a modern, 115,000-square-foot corporate office building and an adjacent 13,000-square-foot daycare center on a site midway between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh.

CDI Studio One Designs New Sheetz Headquarters

Philadelphia — CDI Studio One, the architecture division of L.R. Kimball – a CDI Company, has completed the new office complex/operation center for Sheetz, Inc., the $7.2 billion, family-owned and operated convenience store giant. Located on the Sheetz corporate campus midway between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, the project includes a 115,000-square-foot modern headquarters and operation Center and an adjacent 13,000-square-foot daycare center.
