Minneapolis — All 33 locations will be open by Nov. 22.

Minneapolis — Target will open 33 additional Canadian stores in November. The units are located across nine provinces and include the retailer’s first locations in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. Thirty-one stores will open on Nov. 13, while the remaining two units will open on Nov. 22.

“The final store openings for this year mark a major milestone in Target’s history,” says Tony Fisher, president of Target Canada. “The goal for our Canadian expansion was to open 124 stores across all ten provinces in 2013, and we are proud to say that we have accomplished this unprecedented undertaking.”

The majority of the 33 locations will feature a licensed Starbucks, as well as an in-store pharmacy.

Minneapolis-based Target Corp. operates 1,888 stores in the U.S. and Canada.
