Dallas — BRIX Holdings, LLC, a multi-brand franchising portfolio group whose restaurant brands include Friendly’s, Red Mango and Orange Leaf, has completed its formal acquisition of all assets of Clean Juice, the original USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise.
