Atlanta — Paradies, a leading airport concessionaire in the U.S., has signed an agreement to be acquired by Lagardère Travel Retail, a global leader in travel retail that operates in 150 airports across 30 countries. The closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Paramus, N.J. — Tuesday Morning, a national off-price retailer of home accessories, housewares, seasonal goods and gifts, recently celebrated its grand opening at Paramus Place in Paramus. The 261,000-square-foot Bergen County shopping center is exclusively leased and managed by Levin Management.
San Diego — Petco has made several key leadership changes, including the addition of chairman responsibilities to CEO Jim Myers’ role and naming Brad Weston president. Additionally, Steve Lossing has been promoted to senior vice president, operations. Lossing’s previous role will be helmed by Rebecca Frechette, the company’s new senior vice president, merchandising.
Chicago and Milwaukee — HSA Commercial Real Estate has executed a lease with J. Crew to open the retailer’s second Mercantile branded store in the country at The Mayfair Collection shopping center (pictured) in Wauwatosa, Wis. J. Crew Mercantile will be located between Ulta and Men’s Wearhouse in the project’s first phase. J. Crew announced earlier this year that the company is opening its first Mercantile store at the Nordstrom Rack-anchored The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas.
New York City — Foot Locker, Inc., a New York-based specialty athletic retailer, has appointed Pawan Verma as senior vice president and chief information officer, effective August 10. Verma succeeds Peter Brown, who retired in April after 38 years with the company.
