PremiStar Hires New Chief Operating Officer

Deerfield, Ill. — PremiStar, a leader in commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing and building automation services, has hired John Eberhardt III as chief operating officer. In this role, he will lead the company’s strategy for platform-wide value creation and delivery across the organization, including all operational activities to support PremiStar’s national growth strategies.

Before joining PremiStar, Eberhardt served as senior vice president for service at Comfort Systems USA (CSUSA). He was responsible for the strategic direction, execution and growth of the service business across multiple regions and markets. His previous leadership positions included serving as regional general manager at Carrier for the Great Lakes/Chesapeake region and vice president of business development at Syserco, a Fremont, Calif.-based energy management services company.
