Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, the Honourable Jim Carr, has challenged building owners and managers to take advantage of this new tool to demonstrate their commitment to green growth and to be the first to apply to earn their certification.

Sears’ accomplishments will be recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C., on April 26, 2017.
Mobile, Ala. — On August 31, 2016, The Wendy’s Company and its franchisee, the Wendco Group, will receive national recognition from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) with a visit and tour of the newly rebuilt Wendy’s restaurant in Mobile, Ala., to showcase the company’s innovations in reducing energy use. Wendy’s has cut energy use by 37% at the Mobile location.
