Dallas — Nestlé® Toll House® Café by Chip® has hired Rudy Frederico as vice president of franchise development. Frederico, a 27-year franchising veteran, will be responsible for leading the growth and market expansion for the brand’s franchise partners across the globe. He joins the company from Red Mango.

New York City — Mamoun’s Falafel, the fastest growing Middle-Eastern fast-casual restaurant in North America and oldest falafel restaurant in New York City, plans to open its newest location in Dallas this fall. The new location — also the company’s first franchise location — will be situated in West Village, a vibrant shopping, dining, residential and entertainment district in Dallas.
