Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, has signed a development agreement with existing franchisee Precision Hospitality & Development to develop eight new restaurants in Los Angeles. The first restaurant is planned to open in 2018.
Costa Mesa, Calif. — El Pollo Loco, a leading fire-grilled chicken chain, has signed a franchise development deal with new franchise partner PLM Restaurants L.C., which will open six new restaurants by August 2019 in the Tucson, Ariz., area. In addition, PLM Restaurants has also completed the acquisition of two existing El Pollo Loco restaurants in the Tucson market.
Vancouver, Wash. — Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc. has signed expanded store development agreements with Waterman Acquisition Company, LLC to develop an additional 12 new Papa Murphy’s pizza stores in Huntsville and Birmingham, Ala., and two stores in Raleigh, N.C., over the next 4 years. Currently there are 42 Papa Murphy’s stores located in Alabama and North Carolina.
