Oak Brook, Ill. — The board of directors of Federal Signal Corporation, a leader in environmental and safety solutions, has promoted Ian A. Hudson to the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 24, 2017. Hudson, who has served as the company’s interim chief financial officer since March 21, 2017, will continue to serve as the company’s principal accounting officer.
