Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Ariz. — Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) and Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Mullin 360 signed a deal on March 11 to build a new Costco in Scottsdale, Ariz., which will be built on SRPMIC land.
