Eldridge is the current regional sales manager for the Midwest and northeastern part of the United States as well as eastern Canada.
Sun Prairie, Wis. — Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse plans to expand in the state of Wisconsin. Johnny’s currently has a foothold in the state with two existing locations in Eau Claire and Middleton. Its newest restaurant is projected to open in Sun Prairie, Wis., in August. The growing restaurant franchise plans to bring five additional locations to the area over the next 3 years.
Seattle — Eddie Bauer has named Damien Huang as its new president. An 8-year veteran of the company, Huang most recently was Eddie Bauer’s senior vice president of merchandising & design. In his new role, he will report to Mike Egeck, chief executive officer of PSEB, a new operating company composed of Eddie Bauer and PacSun.
