Seattle — After three decades marked by expansion and success, Karen McKibbin, president of Nordstrom Rack, will be retiring from Nordstrom in March 2018. Karen joined Nordstrom in 1985 and has held many leadership roles within the company, including president of Nordstrom Canada, where she led the first-ever international expansion of Nordstrom’s full-line stores.

Charlotte, N.C. — Diversey has hired Dr. Clyde “Chip” Manuel as the retail food safety lead for North America. In his new role, Manuel will represent Diversey at industry conferences, serve as a technical expert to improve customer food safety practices and act as a thought leader and a liaison between the Diversey business, R&D and its customers.
Cincinnati — Macy’s, Inc. has appointed Jill Ramsey as chief product and digital revenue officer, effective January 8, 2018. The role was established to focus on reimagining how people shop, bridging the physical and digital worlds through seamless customer experiences.
Oak Brook, Ill. — Federal Signal Corporation, a leader in environmental and safety solutions, has appointed Mark D. Weber as the company’s chief operating officer, effective January 15, 2018. Weber, former president and CEO of Supreme Industries, Inc., has more than 30 years of experience leading industrial manufacturing teams and organizations — including 17 previous years at Federal Signal.
Mooresville, N.C. — Lowe’s Companies, Inc. has named Vikram Singh as the company’s senior vice president, chief digital officer, effective January 4, 2018. The newly created role will report to Michael P. McDermott, chief customer officer, and will further accelerate Lowe’s digital evolution.
Ann Arbor, Mich. — Domino’s Pizza has promoted its U.S. chief marketing officer, Joe Jordan, to executive vice president – international, reporting to Richard Allison, president of Domino’s International. Jordan will oversee the Domino’s leadership team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, regions that represent nearly one-half of Domino’s international sales.
