Los Angeles — Chop Stop, a California-based QSR chopped salad concept known for its fresh, customizable chopped salads and other health-oriented menu options, has signed 16 new franchise agreements in three states. The deals will result in the first-ever Chop Stop franchises in Texas and Nevada. By the end of 2019, Chop Stop expects to have a total of 23 units open.

Lexington, Ky. — Fazoli’s, an elevated QSR Italian chain, has signed a multi-unit deal with new franchisee Impact Hospitality Group. In addition to acquiring two existing locations in Columbia, S.C., the group also plans to develop five additional restaurants in and around the Columbia area over the next few years, with the first location slated to open in 2019.

San Francisco — RB American Group LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flynn Restaurant Group LP, has acquired 368 Arby’s® restaurants throughout the U.S. from United States Beef Corporation (US Beef). Flynn Restaurant Group’s portfolio includes Applebee’s®, Panera Bread® and Taco Bell®. RB American Group will be Flynn Restaurant Group’s fourth prominent restaurant brand.

St. Louis — Construction is complete for the $3 million historic renovation of the former Langenberg Hat Building in Washington, Mo., at 330 West Front St. As general contractor, Knoebel Construction converted the two-story brick building into a multi-use space featuring six, two-bedroom lofts and Streetside Tacos, a sit-down restaurant on the first floor. The developer was Marquart Landing Properties, L.L.C., and the architect was The Van Hooser Partnership.
