Tampa, Fla. — Burger 21® signed six new franchise agreements in 2015, representing six future restaurants, including the brand’s first locations in Pennsylvania, Texas and Arkansas. In 2016, the brand will debut its first hybrid, freestanding restaurant and one of the first steps in a brand refresh plan announced last year. Also, to kick off 2016, Burger 21 opened its 21st restaurant in January and has more than 20 franchised restaurants in development in 11 states.

Chicago — The retail group of Englewood Construction, one of the country’s leading commercial construction firms, has started work on three new ground-up projects: a Hobby Lobby in Beavercreek, Ohio; a PetSmart in Taylor, Mich.; and a Goodwill in Monroe, Conn.
Indianapolis — Leading appliance, electronics and furniture retailer hhgregg is celebrating its 60th anniversary by unveiling new store designs in several Florida markets, with Orlando and Tampa leading the way. The redesign lets customers reimagine their home living spaces through experiential room settings.
Chicago and Milwaukee — HSA Commercial Real Estate has executed a lease with J. Crew to open the retailer’s second Mercantile branded store in the country at The Mayfair Collection shopping center (pictured) in Wauwatosa, Wis. J. Crew Mercantile will be located between Ulta and Men’s Wearhouse in the project’s first phase. J. Crew announced earlier this year that the company is opening its first Mercantile store at the Nordstrom Rack-anchored The Shops at Park Lane in Dallas.
Latham, N.Y. — DWM Facilities Maintenance has unveiled its Construction & Renovations division. In order to better execute large-scale projects without affecting responsive maintenance services, DWM revamped its corporate alignment by forming a Construction & Renovations division.
