The iconic cheese shop, which opened in 1940 in New York, offers the finest selection of cheese, meat and specialty food items to Kroger, whose family of stores includes Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Dillons, Ralphs and QFC locations across the United States.
Vancouver — Effective February 16, 2018, Susan Senecal will become president and CEO of A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. and A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund, becoming the fifth CEO in the company’s 62-year history, and the first-ever fully bilingual CEO and woman in the role. Senecal is currently president and chief operating officer of the company.
Joliet, Ill. — Mahoney Environmental, a leading recycler of used cooking oil for 65 years, has purchased WOR – Waste Oil Recyclers, Inc., a used oil recycling company based in Modena, Pa., a suburb of Philadelphia. The integration of WOR into Mahoney Environmental will allow for direct service to Mahoney customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Toronto — On October 19, 2017, a joint venture (JV) group began operating liquidation sales at the remaining Sears Canada department stores and Home stores.
