Batavia, Ill. and Jacksonville, Fla. — German discount grocer Aldi has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket as part of a larger divestiture of Jacksonville, Fla.-based parent company Southeastern Grocers to various entities.
